History

Fresh Limitada, holding company for Fresh Construction, was founded by Jack Truter in 2001. Seeing a gap in the market for good quality construction at reasonable prices within Africa, Fresh Construction was established in 2008. Bringing to the company his experience in construction worldwide especially within Southern Africa and in particular Mozambique, Jack and his team share the same vision and enthusiasm for building top end resorts and residential developments within the Southern African region. Many companies operating in Africa either offer poor quality at high prices or non-local teams with little benefit to the area being developed. Fresh Construction is the realisation of the dream to offer top quality, the best prices and using local teams, building not only high end developments but also skills and job opportunities wherever they work.

Fresh Construction's current project, the multi million Topuito Isles Resort development in Nampula Province, Northern Mozambique, involves the construction of 12 commercial and 16 private beach house units, built completely out of timber and local materials on two remote islands in the Indian Ocean. This has given Fresh the experience and know how to build more resorts in far out, remote sites in Africa, where road access and infrastructure is poor.
